A look at Some of Potahto Week's Tastiest Tater Dishes
For those of you late to the party, our province is celebrating Manitoba’s secret superfood this month.
Hosted by the Potahto Lovers of Manitoba (a group consisting of Peak of the Market, Manitoba potato growers, and Manitobans who simply love potatoes) Potahto Week runs from Feb. 19-25.
And while it may not sound as sexy as Le Burger Week or La Poutine Week, the festival has inspired some truly tempting tater dishes from the city’s top local restaurants. Here’s a look at some of the most spudtacular entries.
