Hoppiness Awaits at Flatlander's Beer Festival: June 22-23About
With more than 90 booths and 300+ brews on tap, the 2018 Flatlander’s Festival promises to be Winnipeg’s biggest beer extravaganza of all time.
For the uninitiated, Flatlander’s is a craft lover’s dream come true. For the price of a single ticket, you get a four-ounce sampling cup, a program listing all of the festival’s featured products and unlimited tastings of said products.
Needless to say, those pint-sized pint glasses go a long way.
In addition to a massive selection of beers and ciders from around the world, the festival will showcase a bunch of brewers from our own backyard, including newcomers Devil May Care Brewing and Kilter Brewing Co., who are teaming up with One Great City Brewing for a special IPA.
Two weeks to Flatlander’s Beer Fest and our festival beers are coming along nicely. We got together with our good friends at @ogcbrewingco to collaborate on an IPA we’ve been itching to make for some time. Hope to see you all there! #flatlandersbeerfestival #winnipegbeer #manitobabrewers #collaborationbeer #onegreatcitybrewing #hops
And because you can’t have beer without snacks, the festival will also feature five of the city’s best food trucks, including A Little Pizza Heaven and PVG Breakfast Club.
If you want to get in on the action, there’s one tasting session on the evening of June 22 (7 p.m.) and two on June 23 (1 p.m. and 7 p.m.), with tickets ranging from $39.95 to $44.95. Best of all, Flatlander’s Beer Festival is in support of the True North Youth Foundation.
